Our Shipping/Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

Make sure your return meets the following requirements:

- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and with all tags and accessories.

- The item does not fall under the swimwear and beauty products.

- Repackage your return securely in the same box or in a box comparable to the one you received your item in.

- You MUST enclose a copy of the receipt (please note the reason for the return/exchange).

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure the package is returned to us. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: the item wasn't returned unworn, in it's original condition, and with all the tags and accessories.

Items not eligible for return/refund:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

NOTE:  Cameron Hawaii is not responsible for any shipping charges which occur from a return. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries. However, we will give a full refund on a credit card for the amount of the item purchased.

Once your package has been received at our returns department, your refund or partial refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cameron@cameronhawaii.com 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you change your mind about a purchase and return an item in the original condition, and with all tags and accessories within the return window you will be charged the restocking fee up to 20% of the original price. Holiday Return Policy

We offer an extended return policy for all orders placed during 11/23-12/24. All orders placed within this timeframe can be returned before 1/15. Returns are accepted only on unworn merchandise in all original packaging and with tags.

Shipping Note

Please allow up to 1-2 days to fully process your order.

We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS. Items are usually shipped in the next 2-4 business days and have a transit time of approximately 2 days to major metropolitan areas, and 3 days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out starting Monday. Please note that while FedeEx, UPS and USPS is always fast and accurate, the arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Next Day Air at an additional charge.
